ture battery storage projects to convince investors and reassure lenders?
We are pleased to continue our series dedicated to the energy transition w
ith a roundtable focused on the structuring of battery storage projects (B
ESS) that will take place on Monday\, November 16\, 2026 at 08:15 AM at th
e headquarters of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations located at 56 r
ue de Lille\, 75007 Paris. Battery storage plays an increasingly important
role in balancing electrical systems and integrating renewable energies.
However\, the specificity of revenue models and the risks inherent to thes
e assets call for an appropriate structuring. Attracting capital and secur
ing debt financing requires anticipating the expectations of investors and
lenders from the very beginning of a project’s development. Risk alloca
tion\, partner selection\, contractual commitments\, and revenue protectio
n: how can these factors be leveraged to build an attractive and bankable
project? By bringing together the perspectives of developers\, investors\,
and lenders\, this meeting will explore the structuring choices that prom
ote investment and access to debt. Concrete feedback will shed light on th
e points of vigilance and trade-offs at each stage of the project\, from d
evelopment to operation. We will thus have the privilege of exchanging wit

e des Territoires (Groupe Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations)Thomas Morv
an\, Senior Transaction Manager at TagEnergyPablo Cervo\, Associate Direct
or in Energy Structured Finance at NORD/LB The roundtable will be moderate
d by Nicolas Saroux and Amaury Dubois. A breakfast is also planned at the
beginning and end of the roundtable. Seats are limited\, so register quick
ly! We hope to see many of you. The Infravenir team.
