ope and the Role of EU-China Partnerships</a>\nConference - Electric Mobil
ity in Europe and the Role of EU-China Partnerships We are pleased to purs
ue our International Series program with a round table dedicated to the pe
rspectives for the development of the electric vehicle fleet in Europe and
the role of Chinese companies in the development of the sector. It will b
e held on Thursday 17 April at 7.30pm at the Novotel Paris les Halles (8 P
lace Marguerite de Navarre\, 75001 Paris). The transition to electric vehi
cles is gathering pace across Europe\, driven by the urgent need to reduce
CO2 emissions from the transport sector. However\, challenges remain in s
timulating the uptake of electric vehicles by consumers and businesses\, r
equiring alignment between battery and car manufacturers\, as well as char
ging infrastructure operators. As the world's largest market for electric
vehicles\, China has led the development of electric mobility. Chinese com
panies have decades of experience in battery cell production\, supply chai
n management and cost-effective electric vehicle manufacturing\, expertise
that is now shaping global markets\, including Europe. We will have the o
pportunity to discuss with Rodolphe Bichot (M&A Manager at Electra)\, Bert
rand Texier (Acquisiton Engineer at Farasis Energy)\, Yasmine Assef (Senio
r Principal at AFRY) and Jérémie NI (Independent Expert of the automotiv
e industry) to discuss on the outlook for the sector and the synergies bet
ween key players to suceed in the transition to electric vehicles. This ro
und table is organised in partnership with Paris Energy Connections and wi
ll be moderated by Neus Morcilo and Yinhao Zeng. A cocktail reception will
follow the discussions. Do not wait to register\, tickets are limited. We
hope to see you there! The Infravenir Team
