Financial Due Diligence: Fundamentals and Application to Data Centers

We are pleased to invite you to the next Infravenir training session, kindly hosted by Eight Advisory, on a topic at the heart of infrastructure and digital M&A transactions.

This training will cover the main mechanisms of financial due diligence in M&A transactions: intervention framework, analysis of adjusted net debt, price determination mechanisms (locked box vs. completion accounts), and key points of attention when evaluating a target.

The speakers will also share their experiences regarding the specifics of the data center sector, addressing the main financial, operational, and sectoral analysis axes specific to this rapidly growing asset class.
