Sandra Hahn Duraffourg
Chairwoman
Sandra is a lawyer specializing in public economic law, regulatory, and energy law. She is part of the law firm Bracewell AARPI in Paris, having previously gained experience at Norton Rose Fulbright, De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, and de Gaulle Fleurance & Associés.
She holds a Master's degree in Public Economic Law (Master 2) from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. Between two readings on the subjects of climate change and energy transition, Sandra divides her free time between sport, cooking and playing the piano.
Jean-Baptiste Lecuit
Vice-Chairman
Jean-Baptiste is a project manager at DGITM (Ministry of Transport). He joined the sub-directorate for innovative financing and motorway concession control after gaining initial experience in infrastructure-focused private equity at Andera Partners.
Jean-Baptiste is an engineer from ENTPE and holds a specialised IPF Master's degree from École des Ponts. Passionate about running, rugby and mountain adventures, he has a keen interest in endurance and exploration.
Benjamin Quillet
Vice-Chairman
Benjamin is vice-president of the association for strategic and financial aspects and in charge of the coordination with French offices such as Marseille. He is an engineer within the project finance team for the energy transition at Crédit Agricole CIB since 2023. He previously worked as an engineer on Metals & Mining projects within the bank since 2020. He began his career by managing projects financed for NGE Concessions after several technical experiences at NGE-TSO in Panama and England.
He has both an engineering degree in civil engineering from INSA Toulouse and the Grande École Program in Finance at Toulouse Business School. Addicted to sport, especially running, he loves running under a light drizzle!
Neus Morcilo
Vice-Chairwoman
Neus est Investment Associate au sien de la société de private equity Suma Capital, dans l’équipe dédiée aux infrastructures pour la transition énergétique. Avant cela elle était Hedge Advisor au sein d’ESTER. D’origine espagnole, elle est titulaire d'un double diplôme en génie civil par l’Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya et l’Ecole des Ponts Paris Tech, avec une spécialisation en financement de projets. Elle est passionnée du yoga, de la course à pied et du bon vin.

Jeanieva Ralaitsizafy
Treasurer
Jeanieva is a consultant with ESTER: a consulting firm specializing in market risk management. ESTER advises a number of French and international companies in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. Jeanieva joins ESTER in 2021 after several experiences at Société Générale in the Coverage (Energy) team, then in structured finance in Houston and Paris. She holds a Master's degree in Infrastructure Project Finance from Ecole des Ponts.
Hannah Cocos
Treasurer
Hannah is an Investment Manager for Sienna Investment Manager's Energy Transition Team. Prior to joining Sienna, she was with Allianz Global Investors' infrastructure debt team. She started her career in the Philippines analyzing equity investments in the local infrastructure sector .
She completed her Masters in Finance and Economics in the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne under a scholarship from the French Government. She did her bachelor's degree in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines.
She likes playing tennis on clay and doing Bikram yoga.

Garbiñe Unda Barturen

Garbiñe is an Investment Director at Infranity, a European asset management company specializing in infrastructure investments. She began her career in 2016 at BBVA in Madrid in the energy Project Finance team and then moved to Paris in 2018 to join Infranity. She graduated from the Universidad de Deusto (Bilbao) in Business Administration and Finance.
Garbiñe is the point of contact for the Madrid Infravenir hub.

Louise is the Chief Financial Officer of Terr.A, Andera Partners' investment and development platform for renewable energy projects. After more than 3 years in the project finance team at 8Adviosry practicing her secret passion (financial modelling), she now devotes 100% of her time to the energy transition at Terr.A. In her spare time, she teaches her passion to students in the IPF Master's program at Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and is delighted to be involved in the development of her favorite association, Infravenir!

Il a passé 5 ans à l'étranger, entre Montréal, Mexico City et Toronto. C’est dans cette dernière ville qu’il a commencé sa carrière chez RBC Capital Markets dans l'équipe de financement d'infrastructure.

She holds a Master's degree in Public Economic Law (Master 2) from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and a Master's degree in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC. She is passionate about outdoor sports and oenology.

Caline is a project manager within the developpement team of Eiffage Concessions since 2019. She participates in the structuring and response to calls for tenders for public infrastructure projects. She contributes to the financial, technical, economical, and contractual analysis of projects.
She holds a double degree in engineering from Ecole des Ponts Paris Tech (ENPC) and Ecole Supérieure d’ingénieurs de Beirut (ESIB).
A lover of yoga, reading and pottery, she is always up for an exhibition or an oenology session.
